How many users can I add as vets to my group?
The number of users you can add depends on your plan. If you need to change that mid-way contact us and we will adjust so that your current plan can upgrade smoothly and you dont loose any money you already spent.
We have multiple clinics. How can we share information?
For now haynet is per group and data is shared as a group, for a more complex scenario feel free to reach us so we can find a way to make that easier.
How often are updates and new features rolled out?
We are updating and fixing issues constantly, we communicate with time on updates that would change workflows significantly so we can get an early feedback from clients.
When cancelling can I get my data back?
